Terms
Orders can be placed by
e-mail, telephone, fax or in
writing, quoting correct order
codes and quantities.
Confirmations should be
clearly marked to avoid
duplication. There are no
minimum order values.
Scheduled deliveries are
available.
Prices are ex-warehouse
and subject to VAT at current
rates. Prices may be changed
without prior notice. Volume
discounts are available on
scheduled orders.
Accounts Company accounts
are available subject to
bankers reference.
Despatch Orders are
normally despatched on the
day of receipt. Any balances
are backordered and sent as
soon as available.
Carriage charges are based
on volumetric dimensions
and charged at cost. Free
deliveries are available on
scheduled orders. Deliveries
are subject to operational
performance by the carrier.
Payment Settlement is due
at the end of calendar month
following the month of
delivery. There are no
provisions at present for
payment by Credit/Debit
cards.
Returns Goods are returned
at customers expense. There
are no handling charges for
authorised returns.
